Terms of use

Acceptance
By using niratalent.com — browsing it, submitting an enquiry, a talent application or a quote request — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site to submit information to us.
What this site is
This site describes the business-support services Nira Talent Co. provides to companies worldwide, and lets visitors get in touch through an enquiry form, a quote request form, or — for prospective professionals — a talent application form. Content on the site is informational: it describes what Nira does and how engagements are structured, and it is not itself an offer capable of acceptance. An actual engagement is set out in a separate, signed service agreement between Nira and the client.
No professional advice
Nira provides business-support staffing and coordination services. We do not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as such. Where a matter touches any of those areas, we’d expect you to take your own independent advice from a qualified professional in that field.
Website design and development
Website design and development work referenced on this site is coordinated by Nira through trusted development partners, not delivered by an in-house engineering team. Scope, delivery and any technical warranty for that work sit with the arrangement made for the specific engagement, not with these terms.
Acceptable use
Please use the site as intended: to learn about Nira’s services and to submit genuine enquiries, applications and quote requests. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or malicious information through its forms, or use content from the site in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this site belong to Nira Talent Co. unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to read and share it; you don’t have permission to reproduce it for your own commercial use without asking first.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it stands, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Nira is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site itself, as distinct from losses arising under a signed service agreement, which is governed by that agreement’s own terms.
Third-party links
This site may link out to third-party sources — for example, when a published statistic links to the source it was verified against. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or their own terms and privacy practices. Following a link off niratalent.com means you’re now dealing with that other site on its own terms.
How engagements actually work
Nothing on this site — including the process described on /how-we-work/ or the support levels described on /pricing/ — is itself a contract. An actual engagement between Nira and a client is set out in a separate service agreement, agreed and signed by both sides, which covers scope, hours and the terms specific to that engagement. If anything on the site and anything in a signed agreement point in different directions, the signed agreement is what governs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, where Nira Talent Co. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in effect.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@niratalent.com.
This page is provided for information and does not constitute legal advice. Where a client’s signed service agreement addresses a matter differently from what is described here, the signed agreement governs that engagement.
