How pricing works
What a package costs depends on what is in it.
Support starts from $10 an hour, in US dollars. Beyond that, the figure depends on which level the work needs and what sits inside it — so we confirm it on a short call instead of printing a table that would be wrong for half the businesses reading it.
A level is not a category you are stuck in. Most businesses start at Nira Focus and move up as the work grows, and the same professional carries across when they do — so the cost of bringing someone up to speed is paid once, not again at every step.
Website design and development is the one thing here that is not priced by the hour. That work is coordinated through trusted development partners and quoted per project: tell us what the site needs to do and we come back with scope, timeline and cost.

What does Nira support cost?
Support starts from $10 per hour, in US dollars. What a package costs depends on the level and the work inside it, so we confirm the figure on a complimentary 15-minute call — which is also where we recommend a level.
What do the hours actually cover?
They are your professional’s working time on your business each week, spent on the tasks in the agreed scope. Scope is agreed up front and can change as the business does, and nothing listed under a level is charged on top of it.
Can we change levels later?
Yes. The levels exist so support can grow with the business, and most start at Nira Focus and move up. The same professional carries across when the level changes, so the handover is paid for once rather than every time the work grows.
Is website design priced the same way?
No. Website design and development is coordinated through trusted development partners and quoted per project rather than by the hour. Tell us what the site needs to do and we come back with scope, timeline and cost.
How do we know which level we need?
That is what the intro call is for. Fifteen minutes, no cost, and we would rather place a business at Nira Focus and be asked to move it up than sell a level it does not need yet.
